I think Betsy Ross and Francis Hopkinson worked together on the flag ,  because General Washington asked  both of them to make a flag.Another reason I think it’s , Betsy Ross had notes from relatives about her making the flag.I think it’s both  because there was a connection between Washington , Betsy,Francis to make flags.In the past betsy had flag making skills, and she made the Grand Union flag.Francis Hopkinson had 2 receipts one for making the navy flag , and the other one is rejected.That is my opinion of who made the flag.

Most penguins live in the cold,but the African penguins live in the hot.Female penguins stay on there eggs for at least two or three months.African penguins come out only at dawn light.
